THE CALM -despite being at the centre of Bordeaux, the hotel is absolutely quiet and the rooms are sound proofed though even if you have the windows open all you hear is the birds in the courtyard.

The Boutique Hotel Bordeaux consists of a beautiful 18th-century townhouse in the epi centre of Bordeaux, perfect for oenophiles and europhiles... Le Boutique Hotel Bordeaux, is a design hotel right in the centre of Bordeaux between the public gardens, the best restaurants and the Grand Theatre. The large gates open up to reveal a beautiful courtyard and the hotel.  The main house has 6 of the design bedrooms, the wine bar where great wines from Bordeaux along with cheese platters are served, as well as the spa area (ready in June 2012) and accross the courtyard are the appartments, described further on.
The contemporary and design decor of these stylish rooms perfectly complement and contrast the 18th-century buildings of the peaceful Boutique Hotel Bordeaux. The owners, Christophe and Marianna Grant - San José, spent over two years designing every detail and chosing all items of design furniture to give the hotel an original and unique feel.  You will be astonished by the peaceful quietness that surronds you despite being at the centre of Bordeaux...
The 6 design rooms at the Boutique Hotel Bordeaux are in the main house.  Nearly all have jacuzzis and where possible jacuzzis with a view.  The roof top bedroom has lovely views over Bordeaux roof tops.  One bedroom has a state of the art design bathtub - be prepared to have your breath taken away!. Each room is individually decorated to be totaly design and with your comfort in mind.   All the rooms at the Boutique Hotel Bordeaux are filled with exclusive furniture which has been chosen or designed by the owners and attention to detail such as anti UV windows, Occitane products, Italian linen, slippers and bathrobes, water from the Bay of Arcachon source, and internet access are amongst just some of the luxuries you will find in the design rooms.

Wine and Food tastings can be organised by the Boutique Hotel Bordeaux as well as at nearby vineyards.

Breakfast is served in the dining room during the Winter and in the beautiful courtyard during the Summer months.

Tips
    The summer is pleasantly warm.  Book in advance if you want to visit the vineyards of Bordeaux wine during summer. Many Bordeaux châteaux are closed to visitors during the grape harvest in October. Winter is mild.
